Hi, I’m JACKO - I am a very quiet, loving and gentle dog with a lot of personality when feeling loved and secure. I have won my human over gazing into their eyes with my beautiful brown eyes.
 
I have spent most of my life living indoors, but have discovered that I absolutely love being outside, helping my human in the garden! I enjoy running around, exploring and happily sleep outside on my bed. I do like to keep an eye on things, though, and if I hear an unfamiliar noise at night, I let my human know. Once reassured that everything is okay, I happily settle back down on my bed. I am well behaved too if I’m inside.
 
I’m pretty good on my walks, sticking close to my human. I’m not really interested in dogs from a far, but when they come over – game on! I love to play and tumble in the backyard. I have even made a friend with the cat, although he has me bluffed. We both help out with the painting.
 
I haven’t been exposed to too many children, but I am pretty quiet and reserved – kids can be loud. I just need to get used to them… like the cat.
 
I am hoping to find my safe and loving forever home.
