Lucky is a loyal, affectionate boy who loves nothing more than being around his people. He gets so excited to see his humans when they come home and greets them with pure joy every time.
 
He enjoys pats, tasty chicken treats, and spending time with those he trusts. Lucky is friendly and protective with his people and would love a home where he can feel safe and settled.
 
Lucky would do best as an only dog or with one calm companion, as he can sometimes show a bit of resource guarding. With patient people and slow introductions, he continues to learn and grow in his foster environment.
 
He’s still working on his toilet training but does well when he has regular access to the outdoors. Lucky will need secure fencing or to be an inside-only dog to keep him safe.
He’s not suited to a home with cats, but he’ll make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a devoted and loving friend.
 
Lucky is also looking for a foster carer, so if you’re able to open your home and heart to him while he waits for his forever family, we’d love to hear from you.
