🐾 MEET MATILDA 🐾
MATILDA is a sweet-natured puppy with a soft heart and a gentle soul 💕
She can be a little shy at first, but don’t let that fool you. This lovely girl is building her confidence every day and is starting to show her affectionate side more and more.
She enjoys the company of people of all ages and gets along with other dogs when introductions are calm and gentle 🐾 She hasn’t met cats yet and hasn’t taken much notice of birds so far.
Like any young pup, MATILDA has a touch of cheeky curiosity. She’s been busy testing out digging skills, collecting sticks and leaves 🌿 and exploring her surroundings (including figuring out how to stay close to her humans!). She does have some food-guarding behaviours that will need a patient, understanding home to continue working with her.
MATILDA is also learning about the big wide world and moving cars and motorbikes can catch her attention, but she’s highly motivated by treats 🍖 and is already making great progress with positive training.
More good news? She’s doing wonderfully with toilet training and is happy spending most of her time outdoors ☀️

🐾 DISCLAIMER 🐾
At CAA we provide required vet work for MATILDA including the first 3 x monthly vaccinations and desexing at 6 months. This work needs to be done at our preferred vets in Rockhampton or Yeppoon, therefore we are only able to adopt MATILDA to persons living in the local area or who visit the area regularly enough to commit to these appointments. All current pets should be desexed and vaccinated.
