🐾 Hi... I'm Scout. And I've been waiting a while for someone to choose me. ❤️
Every dog deserves their happy ending... I think it's my turn. 🏡
Here's a little about me...
🐶 I'm 2 years old and full of love.
🐕 I get along well with other dogs, although I can sometimes think I'm the boss. (I'm working on that! 😅)
👧 I LOVE kids! Belly rubs are my absolute favourite, and if I get really excited, I might throw in a few happy jumps and slobbery kisses. 💋
🚶 I'm fantastic on walks. I walk beautifully on my Halti, and I'm even great off leash when it's safe.
🏡 I'm fully toilet trained and sleep inside every night like the good boy I am.
🌞 During the day you'll usually find me outside, soaking up the sunshine.
🍖 I also happen to be a professional food enthusiast. Dinner time is my favourite event of the day!
A couple of things you should know...
🐔 Chickens are far too exciting for me.
🐸 Toads are also suspicious and deserve chasing.
🐱 I've never met a cat, so I'm not sure what I'd think about those funny creatures.
🌱 I can occasionally dig, so a secure, fully fenced yard would be perfect for me.
I'm looking for a family who'll give me a little guidance and continue teaching me good manners. A confident owner who'll be consistent with my training would help me become the very best version of myself. I'd probably be happiest as the only dog, or with a calm, larger female dog who doesn't mind sharing the spotlight. ❤️
I've been patient.
I've been hopeful.
Now all I need... is someone to look at my face and say, "Yep... that's our boy." 🥹If you've got room in your home, your heart, and maybe a few extra belly rubs, I'd love to meet you.

Assisted rehoming is an opportunity for CAA to assist owners needing to rehome their pet in the absence of an available foster home or as requested by the owner.
Please be aware that as this is an assisted rehoming and the dog is not currently in the care of CAA. Owners may rehome their pet privately whilst CAA advertises so we cannot guarantee availability.
Upon successful adoption through CAA, we will ensure the dog is:

💛Flea/worming treatment
💙Microchipped
💛Heartworm Tested
💙Desexed
CAA cannot accept financial responsibility for any health issues that may arise once adopted.
